The Cards:
I m not going to go through all the cards as it will take me quite a lot of time. So you can just google it yourself. However, I will give you an image about how this deck should be built.
The Inzektors Engine
Inzektor Hornet is the key here. You already have the set up if you manage to get Hornet into your graveyard. Why? If you haven't played or played against an Inzektor deck, then you may need to see this. If you have however, then you can stop reading.
Let's say you draw into an Inzektor Dragonfly, you can just use Dragonfly's effect to equip Hornet from the graveyard. Then send Hornet to graveyard to pop a card, likely your opponent's card. After that, trigger Dragonfly's effect to special summon Centipede. Proceed to equip Hornet from graveyard to Centipede, then send Hornet to graveyard to pop another card. Again, this will trigger Centipede's effect to search an Inzektor monster to your hand. Finally, overlay Dragonfly and Centipede to exceed summon Wind-Up Zenmaines.
Let's do the math, you have gotten net +4 with a single play(-2 for Hornet popping off 2 opponent's cards, +1 from Dragonfly and +1 from Centipede search, resulting in total +4 card advantage). Isn't that broken? However, this doesn't take into account of any resposnd from your opponent.
The New Addition
Speaking of Inzektor Gruf, the newest addition from 708-Galactic Overload, I guess not many people know its potential though. For an easy understanding, I will just show you a play which utilize Gruf well. First, make sure that you have your Gruf ready in hand or graveyard and you have a copy of Dragonfly in your hand. Summon Dragonfly, equip Gruf to Dragonfly, send Gruf to graveyard to make Dragonfly a level 5 monster, triggering Dragonfly's effect to special summon Centipede. Afterwards, use Centipede's effect to equip Gruf to himself. Again, send Gruf to graveyard to make Centipede Level 5. Get your search from Centipede and exceed into rank 5.
What I m trying to say is Gruf makes your 1st turn huge play possible without using Hornet to pop your own card. An instant rank-5 is just the icing on cake.
Off-Theme Cards
In this section, I will talk about cards that are not used in most of the meta deck but highly beneficial to Inzektors.
Foolish Burial - it is mainly use for graveyard set up. It allows you to get your Hornet or Gruf into your graveyard, then you can plus like crazy
Raigeki Break - trust me. It doesn't make any difference for you to have a Hornet in your hand or graveyard. So why not just discard it. This card is also chainable and can basically target all type of cards.
Allure of Darkness - why don't you run it if all Inzektor monsters are Dark?
Match-Up
Inzektor deck doesn't have any bad matchup. A card which is usually great against graveyard based deck, Dimensional Fissure isn't as good against Inzektor because you just simply have too many outs to it. Firstly, Hornet can be equip to an Inzektor monster from hand too. This means you can just summon any Inzektor, equip Hornet from your hand, pop that Dimensional Fissure. Not yet mention that you have multiple copies of Mystical Space Typhoon and Raigeki Break to deal with it.
However, Skill Drain may totally screw you as you are highly reliant on monsters' effect. Normally, you have will have harder time dealing with Hero Beat as they can easily side in Skill Drain against you. Sometimes, cards like Effect Veiler, Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror and Fiendish Chain can make your life hard. I am an OCG player so I won't talk about Dino Rabbit and Wind-Up match-up. Although they are strong in TCG, Inzektors is still the best deck in OCG.
